This year, I’m taking part in Movember because men’s health hits close to home. Like so many of us, I’ve seen friends, family, and colleagues face cancer, mental health challenges, and moments of real struggle, often in silence.
Alongside the incredible team at Discover Canada Tours, I’m raising awareness and funds to support the men in our lives: our dads, brothers, uncles, partners, and buddies who might be fighting battles we don’t always see.

We want to spread kindness, start conversations, and remind people that no one has to face these challenges alone.

Happy Mo Monday everyone. Although my stache sits awkwardly upon my face like a smear of dirt above my upper lip, and although it's itchy and becoming painfully annoying and increasingly more unattractive every day- I still feel that I am doing something good. We are not far off of our target, but only have one week left. If you could just do me the favour of sharing our page, and donating even the smallest amount of money- it would be greatly appreciated.
