This Movember, I’m continuing to honour the men in my life who were taken too soon by cancer. But this year, my motivation runs even deeper.

In the last few years, I’ve become a father to two beautiful children — the greatest joy of my life. Yet, like so many dads, I’ve learned that fatherhood brings sleepless nights, stress, and the constant challenge of balancing work, family, and everything in between. The toll it’s taken on my physical and mental health has been real.

After a few years away, I’m back — committed to making positive changes in my own life and to advocating for men’s health. It’s time we look out for ourselves and for each other.

I don’t want myself, my friends, or another loved one to become a statistic.
Let’s Mo for the men we love.

I’ll always remember you telling the story about your uncle, and how proud you are to grow a handlebar moustache.

Week 3 Mo Update: All I want for Christmas is eternal happiness to all, for men to start talking about their health, and for you to donate to my #movember2017 campaign. Had a big spike this week and still have a shot at meeting my goal of raising $1000 towards men's health initiatives.

Mo update: Week 2. I may look unimpressed, but I am happy to say I am 1/4 of my way to my goal for this year's Movember campaign. Unfortunately, that's not good enough!
