We’re proud to announce the final results of the 2025 Canadian Construction Challenge — and what a campaign it has been!

This year, the industry once again stepped up in a massive way. Together, teams across Canada raised $1,173,048 for men’s health, proving just how powerful this sector is when it unites behind a cause.

1744 participants from 238 teams rallied all month long — an incredible show of leadership, teamwork, and heart.

Now, to crown our champion.

With an outstanding $154,994 raised, Ledcor takes home the crown again and is officially our 2025 Canadian Construction Challenge Champion.

A special shoutout as well to our top individual fundraiser, Craig Lesurf, who raised $58,069.

And while our winner takes the trophy, this was our most competitive leaderboard yet throughout the month. Gillam and Jermyn Lumber closed strong to claim silver and bronze, with Twin Lions and Associated Engineering rounding out the top five.

A huge thank-you to every crew, company, captain, and Mo Bro and Mo Sister who took part. The impact you’re making on men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and cancer outcomes is real — and it starts with leaders like you.

Thank you for helping build a healthier future for men.

United We Mo.

Movember 30 is just around the corner — time to nail the final stretch!

Thank you for building an incredible month of momentum across Canada’s construction industry. Every Mo grown, every event hosted, every early morning conversation on site — it all adds up.
As we head into the home stretch, take a moment to look at the work you’ve put in. You’ve lifted the beams, poured the foundation, and raised the roof for men’s health all month long.

Important:
The Construction Challenge leaderboard closes Wednesday, December 10 at 5 PM EST.
Donations made after that time will still support Movember but won’t count toward final standings.

Let’s rally for one final push. Tighten those toolbelts, fire up the crews, and take this challenge across the finish line.

Thanks for being the hard hats behind this movement.

Three weeks in, and the construction industry is showing up for men’s health like never before. Mos are filling in, crews are rallying, and conversations are happening on sites and in offices across the country.

This week we had an incredible boost, with a generous dollar match from our partner Pringles, helping stretch every donation further and supercharge team efforts. Big thanks to Pringles for stepping up.

Check who’s climbed the leaderboard this week and see where your team stands.

Keep the momentum going into Week 4. Grow, move, fundraise, and most of all, look out for your crew.

We’re proud to announce the final results of the 2024 Canadian Construction Challenge — and wow, what an incredible campaign it was!

This year, you contributed to a record-setting $967,652 raised, showing just how powerful this industry can be when it comes together for men’s health. There were 1479 participants from 241 teams that rallied for men’s health.

Now, to anoint a champion. With a remarkable $112,174 raised, Ledcor has pulled off the three-peat as our 2024 Canadian Construction Challenge champions. Craig Lesurf comes in as the top individual fundraiser with over $45K raised. Congrats Ledcor and Craig!

While Ledcor was our winner, we had our most competitive leaderboard ever this year. PCL was able to take home the silver and Gillam Group walked away with the bronze with Jermyn Lumber and Onni Group rounding out the top 5.

A huge round of applause to everyone involved this year, you should each take pride in the success of the challenge. Thank you for helping us build a future for men's health!
