Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’ve spent years in emergency rooms, in clinics, and in quiet hospital hallways watching men slip through the cracks... The truth is, most of the men we lose to suicide never come waving red flags. They joke. They “power through.” They say they’re fine… right up until they’re not.

As a physician, I’ve looked into the eyes of families who never saw it coming. I’ve signed charts that should’ve been stories of recovery, not endings. And it never gets easier.

That’s why I support Movember. Because if we don’t talk about men’s mental health, we keep losing the ones who think suffering in silence is strength…and I refuse to stay silent about that.

What you’re doing is bigger than a fundraising campaign. You’re giving a voice to men who have spent years believing they have to carry everything on their own.

We live in a world where men are often expected to be strong, provide, protect, and keep going, even when they’re struggling inside. But being strong doesn’t mean suffering in silence, and asking for help should never be something to be ashamed of.

No man should feel that he has to fight his battles alone. Sometimes, one conversation, one person who listens, or one reminder that someone cares can make all the difference.

Thank you for speaking up, breaking the silence, and reminding us that men’s mental health matters. I’m proud to support this cause. This is a message worth standing behind.
