This is my 5th Movember. I've tried to share a different motivation each year to shed light on the issues of men's health through my Dad, my cousin and close friends' experiences so that together we can rally to change the face of men's health. To stop men dying too young.

But what it really comes down to, is that the real face of men's health is all of us. The impacts of these experience on me personally, both emotionally and physically, are why I'm fundraising for Movember this year. Because children, family, partners, friends and co-workers are all impacted when men in our lives are not well.

I'm dedicating my 5th fundraising campaign to everyone who depends on a man in their life to be happier, healthier and living longer. I know I am better when the men around me are healthier.
