My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've been a Mo Sister for 15 years and so thankful for the support! I've had a family member survive prostate cancer, we lost a friend to suicide, had another friend diagnosed with cancer, and I am committed to the promise to raise money to help change the face of men's health.

We all have men in our lives that we love & care about. We hope they will be healthy all their lives but what if they are not? Don't wait to help. Sometimes the strongest or happiest looking people are hiding the darkest emotions. Ask questions to show you care. Don't let them shut you out, keep them communicating. It could be a friend's brother who needs help or it could be someone closer to you like a husband, father, sibling or best friend.

I will be making scarves and beanies to sell again this year... and maybe something new (check out @NidineKnits on FB), with partial proceeds going to Movember or you can donate what you can here.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. Cancer sucks!
