Mental health and suicide prevention

Hi there... I am happy to be back for Mo' in 2025.

I started my "mo-journey" in 2015 as a way to honour and celebrate family members, friends and associates who left the world too soon due to cancer.

For the past 7 years, I have been doing Mo' with my son McKinley as The MovBros.

This year, there are three men in my life who are the inspiration for doing Mo'.

Three men from, 3 different generations and 3 very different stages of life... one in his mid-20's, one in his mid-50's and one in his mid-80's.

Three men with two things in common - a cancer diagnosis and me.

I look forward to your continued support and was both happy and sad to learn that I ranked in the top 5% of Movember Fundraisers in 2024 with $2000 generated with your support.

Happy to be recognized and sad because $2000 is just a drop in the bucket.

John Heywood is credited with writing "many hands make light work" in 1564.
I hope that you will help to prove Mr. Heywood's Proverb continues to ring true 460 years later.

Dads and Sons can join me and McKinley to grow the MovBros Team, and you can share this link to help me and our Team do more to raise awareness and much needed funds for Mens Cancer and Mental Health research and support.

Send an email to chrisacase@gmail.com to learn more about Team MovBros for 2025.

Wow!!! Thanks to everyone in the BNI Community for your support over the weekend. We did not hit $5000 in 50 hours, but $5000 for this Movember looks like a very achievable target. $5000 is 2X more than our final result last year. So THANK YOU ALL!

Thanks to everyone who has donated to support Movember through my Personal and Team MCCC pages.

I was inspired by news I received last week to dig a little deeper to do more.

I am increasing my
Personal Goal to $2000 in honor of my friend Dave "the Snake" Wills - who left us on November 15th. He was diagnosed with cancer just 2 weeks earlier.

I will treasure the time we spent rehearsing and jamming out at as the Garage Band. Dave was a real character and I will miss his great bass chops, Freddie Mercury vocals and his sense of humour.

This will represent a new level for me and will also help to support our Team Goal of $3000 for this Campaign.

We are 70% of the way there.

Thanks in advance for your consideration and support. Every dollar counts.

Cheers... Chris

Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. We are more than 1/3 of the way to our Team Goal!

Just back from a trip to Ottawa and spent some time with McKinley.

While away, Team MCCC met to confirm our next Album Cover.

Visit and share Team MCCC's Movember page if you are a Beatles fan and, take a minute to make a donation to support Men's Health.

We appreciate it and so do Men Everywhere who benefit from the work being done to learn more about Cancers, Mental Health and Suicide and how Men may be affected and/or respond differently than others.

Cheers...Chris

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
