Our Motivation

Cenovus Energy's "The Big Mo" is Cenovus to the Core! We have deeply held values, and we put them into action by leading by example, connecting with each other, harnessing our collective strength, accepting the challenge, and thinking big picture. That's what has driven our success in fundraising for Movember over the years. But there's still more to be done, and we're committed to continuing to spark conversations and inspire positive action in the name of men's health. Things are a little hairy in the industry right now, and at this point in time, that's a good thing!

Mental health is a large focus again this year for me!
This past year has been tough. Losing a coworker hit harder than I expected, and it reminded me how often men try to carry pain in silence. Grief doesn't make you weak, and neither does talking about it.
If your struggling- whether from loss, stress, or anything heavy- please reach out. Check on your friends, your coworkers, and yourself. We don't have to go through hard moments alone.
Here's to healing, honesty, and looking out for one another.
