This November I will be growing a moustache to stand in solidarity with men currently struggling with mental health issues. I am raising money to let the men in my life who are struggling know that they are heard and loved and that there is hope to live a happy life. Mental health is a serious issue and shouldn't control our lives and hope that this November you engage in a conversation and allow your loved ones to talk about mental health. This is for all the men who are struggling with mental health, I see you, I hear you, you are loved.
