The Quebec Challenge: Who will rise to the top?

For the first time ever, Movember is giving Quebec its very own Challenge - a place where Mo Bros, Mo Sisters, and teams across the province can rally together, spark some friendly competition, and show the rest of Canada what Quebec is made of.

When you join, you’ll see your efforts stack up on a province-wide leaderboard - alongside workplaces, sports teams, and individuals from Montréal to Rimouski - all racing to the top spot.

How it works

1. Go to the Quebec Challenge page.
2. Create a team or join as an individual.
3. Click Join this Challenge to lock yourself into the Quebec leaderboard.
4. Start fundraising, spread the word, and check back to see how you (and all of Quebec) are tracking.
