Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having a father who died prematurely before the age of 50 from colon cancer motivates me to prevention with regular checkups. Working remotely since 2019 can be isolating and lead to unhealthy thinking. We need to take action, talk with friends and seek help.
