Men's health

Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's health is close to me on many levels, from family who have battled testicular cancer and mental health to my personal battles including the realization that I need to stop following the "you're a man, tough it out" way of thinking. Please contribute to my fundraising efforts!

Along with allowing my stache to shine and chace the stunning super trooper stache my brother has grown, I will also be going dry for the month of November in support of men's health.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
