It's been a challenging year with a pandemic that has affected the entire globe which may have put health as a whole on the back burner, but respectively this month men's health and well being needs to be front and center.
2020 is a year we won't forget. The pandemic and a near miss while serving our community fighting a house fire, which injured more than a few firefighters. With that, comes physical, emotional and mental consequences for some. Help our Association support those who we love by donating to Movember. If you are unable to give - give someone your time.
