What to do with a full donation box

As Moustache Season draws to a close, we want to remind you to send in any cash and cheque donations you received during the month and also take advantage of your company’s dollar matching program if you haven’t already done so.



Corporate Dollar Matching
Fund matching is a great way for companies to encourage and support their staff. Movember can help set up your company’s dollar matching program. Any company that commits to match staff donations of $5,000 or more is recognized on the Movember website with their logo linking to the company site. If you would like to participate in dollar matching please download this Dollar Matching Form for more information.

If your company isn’t matching, but would still like to donate, they can do so by using a corporate credit card (or a personal one) online. Simply place the business name in the fields for first and last name (you will just need to ensure that both fields are filled). The tax receipt will then be issued in that name.



Sending in Cash or Cheque Donations
First rule – don’t send cash in the mail! Simply follow these two simple methods:

You can pay your cash donations online using your credit card and still get your donors their tax receipts. Simply login to your Mo Space via movember.com, click on the ‘Donations’ tab in the menu on the left and follow the instructions on the right under ‘Submit Cash Donations Now’.

  1. Collect and add up all cash and cheque donations. (If your donors require receipts please complete a Donation Form.
  2. Download , print a Donation Form and complete it outlining how you are sending in your donations cheque/money order).
  3. Mail the Donation Form and any cheques/money orders to:
