My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

As a PTSD survivor, I feel it is important to speak out and help remove the negative stigma attached to mental health issues. I was formerly a media spokesman for Movember for 6 years and have shared my personal struggles and journey through the mental health world in hopes of letting others know that they are not alone and they can win this fight. Several years ago I was also selected to be a part of the promotional campaign and this poster of Sue and I was displayed worldwide to help raise awareness. I am stepping back and giving others a chance to share their stories now. But I will always remain in the shadows and do my part to keep people talking about the tough topics that everyone wants to forget. We will always need to talk about the tough shit.

My story....

Thank-you for your commitment and support.

We've now arrived at Movember 30 and everyone in this challenge should pause for a moment to reflect on an amazing job done, what can only be described as an epic 'stache and an impressive commitment to help change the face of men's health.

As Mo season is coming to a close, I want to flag that the leaderboards will officially close on Thursday, December 7th at 5 pm EST, marking the moment we crown our 2023 Movember champions of each challenge. While donations can still be received after this time, please note that they won't contribute to the leaderboard race.

Thanks for all you have done this year and will continue to do as we move forward.

United We Mo!!!
