Saturday the 12th, noon - Learn the Kettlebell Swing
Tuesday the 15th, 5:30pm - WT Kungfu, defend against grabs and holds
Thursday the 17th, 5:30pm - WT Kungfu, learn how to be a power-puncher
Saturday the 19th, 10am - Natural Workout at Acadia Beach
Tuesday the 22nd, 5:30pm - WT Kungfu, defend against grabs and holds
Thursday the 24th, 5:30pm - WT Kungfu, learn how to be a power-puncher
Saturday the 26th, noon - Learn the Kettlebell Swing
Tuesday the 29th, 5:30pm - Wing Tsun Kungfu Trial class
All classes are 55-minutes and held at the Strength In Numbers studio at 1-1698 W 6th Ave @ Pine St. We ask for a minimum donation of $5 to help the Movember drive for prostate cancer.
That works out to a possible $40 for 8-hours of expert instruction, lots of fun, and best of all, the chance to see Steve's Movember mustache live!
