My motivation

Men's Mental Health Issues are far more prevalent than we know. I have witnessed the effects first hand - I lost my brother-in-law a few years back to suicide(he suffered from bi-polar disorder); my own son has ADHD; daily struggles w/simple things that you & I take for granted; control of emotion, impulse, discerning right/wrong(common sense), social behaviour, low self-esteem, anxiety & depression to name only a few.
